The Law of Attraction

When following the law of attraction, knowing what you don't want is easy. It's when we have to narrow it down to what we do want that it becomes difficult for many, including once, me. That's why there is more resistance out there than acceptance, more negitivty than positive reponse, just plain more problems than solutions.


We know we don't want to be poor but how rich do we want to be? Sure millions would be nice but what about billions or just thousands? I can easily use the law of attraction and tell the universe I don't want to be poor but what did I do there? I focused on being poor. Yikes! We all do it all the time.

Without having a clear picture in our minds of the wealth we would like to accumulate, how do we know what to ask for? I knew how to ask for what I didn't want. So many of us hesitate to ask for what we need or deserve.

We are insecure about actually getting what we want or think we are being too greedy or too crazy or that it is just too IMPOSSIBLE to achieve. We sabotage ourselfs.

As a child we all heard the expression, "Don't spill your milk." many of us also know that is NOT the right way to express to a child NOT to spill the milk. Your getting the child to focus on spilling their milk and we all know IT HAPPENS. By giving clear consise direction such as, "Hold your glass carefully with two hands" you've taken the focus off the negative act.

Also, just saying you want to be rich isn't good enough. Sure the universe will hear you but you didn't give precise enough information. Maybe when you turn 80 you'll inherit some money. See, now your rich but I don't think that is what you meant. Your not appyling your law of attraction resources correctly. Be clear. Break it down. Take action.

A better thing to do would be to say, "I will be making $50,000, $100,000 or $150,000 this year. You've given precise information.

Recently, after taking a long hiatus from romance, I sat down and wrote a list of everything I wanted in my life partner. I wrote down seventy five individual things. Seventy five! The same year, he found me. Several months later I stumbled across my list and reread it. To my complete pleasure in knowing the law of attraction works, seventy three out of the seventy five things written on my list applied. Seventy three out of seventy five! Truly amazing.
