PLEASE HELP ME -- I AM LOOSING MY HOME IN 2 1/2 weeks - HELP ME SAVE IT... I have lived in my home since February 1998. About 4 years ago, the following things started to happen and continued.

PLEASE HELP ME -- I AM LOOSING MY HOME IN 2 1/2 weeks - HELP ME SAVE IT...

I have lived in my home since February 1998.
About 4 years ago, the following things started to happen and continued.

Divorce from husband whom was with mental condition (bi-polar, etc.) this caused me abuse and I needed to get out for my own safety, health and safety and was encouraged by police, doctors and friends.

Double pneumonia, and in hospital a month.

While in hospital, large amount of funds stolen from me.

Major Brain surgery and in hospital/ rehab for approximately one year.

While in hospital, right after major brain surgery, on total life support and considered dead by a doctor, thank God a couple other doctors gave me more time, so I have faith and believe that God had and has many reasons for me to live.

Broken neck, 2 places... Was in hospital and rehab approximately 8 months.
I was told that statistics showed I should have immediately died and or been totally paralyzed.

At the beginning of all this, I was going through divorce (getting out of abusive marriage). Brother-n-law stepped in and as I was worried about my home purchased in 1998. He made me a promise, since I was always helping others before, now he wanted to help me. He promised that I would always have my home to live in so he paid 183,000.00 on my behalf to divorce court for my home. Of course I eventually wanted to get home back into my name one day, again he agreed to this too, and said I could rebuy for 183,000 at that time.

Now I get letter from attorney stating brother-n-law no longer wants to stand by his promise/arrangement of me having my home to live in for the rest of my life. He now wants his 183,000.00 now and if not I am going to be evicted within 2 weeks unless I come up with the 183,000.00. PLEASE HELP, AS I HAVE NO WHERE TO GO... WHEEL CHAIR BOUND AND I NEED TO SAVE MY HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE HOME.

I need to come up with some creative idea to save my home. My home has quite a bit of equity in it. I will be able to pay a monthly mortgage/loan and or lease to own. With an acceptable amount of time I could do this on my own. I have many character references if you need them, as I have lived here in my Henderson for 10 years.

Description of my handicapped accessible home:
4 bedrooms, 2 baths, formal living room, dining, eat-in kitchen, family room, office 2 car garage, patio, pool with my built in lift for my therapy, all on a dead-end street in a quiet and quaint neighborhood.

God bless and thank you for reading this. This is worse thing since my daughter of 16 passed away from mosquito bite. God knows I am strong and a giver and care so much for people but now I am humbling down and asking for help... please help...
